The luxurious villa on a 5 hectares lot offers magnificent panoramic views of Sant Salvador while maintaining privacy and tranquility. Located close to picturesque historical villages in the center of Mallorca’s beautiful wine region the villa totals a generous 950 m2.
The high-class luxury villa with a total of 8 bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms can host up to 16 people. The villa offers an atmosphere of exclusivity, and perfectly combines a modern style with a touch of typical Mallorcan countryside style. Elegant decor and deluxe amenities round up the special experience. Outside, set in a beautiful garden of 5 hectares, is a spacious heated infinity pool and a sun-filled terrace.
The entry-level offers open-concept luxury with a bright dining and living area with a huge fireplace, that flows into a high-end kitchen. On the left side, there are three beautifully designed bedroom suites with en suite bathrooms that feature direct outdoor terrace access. Tucked away from the living area on the right side, is the impressive and spacious master bedroom suite with an en suite spa area, walk-in closet and direct access to a private terrace. Three apartments are located on the entry-level floor in a separate tract, each with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom suite with an en suite bathroom.
The lower floor boasts a lavish entertainment room, a creative workspace, a conference room, storage rooms with closets, a laundry room, and an additional spacious bedroom suite with a spacious bathroom. Huge stairways make for seamless movement between the two floors.
Huge terraces surround the villa, as well as beautiful patios and a secret cactus and olive garden area with a waterfall fountain, a BBQ fireplace, sitting benches and a water pond.
The finca’s architecture blends indoors and outdoors to ensure openness and connection with
nature while having privacy at the same time.
