Villa Pura is a newly renovated retreat located in the prestigious enclave of Real Golf Bendinat, Mallorca. South-facing and filled with natural light, the villa overlooks the manicured greens of the golf course with distant sea views beyond. Set behind private electric gates and within fully fenced grounds, the property offers privacy and a calm atmosphere while remaining close to beaches, dining and Palma’s historic centre.
The architecture blends traditional elements such as terracotta roof tiles and natural stonework with contemporary comfort. Inside, the open-plan living area features leather sofas, a fireplace and a 65-inch LCD TV complemented by a premium Bose sound system and iPod docking station. The design encourages a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, an espresso machine and an American-style fridge with ice maker and filtered water. It opens directly onto an expansive terrace, making outdoor dining effortless.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms, all furnished with Superking beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has reversible air conditioning for heating and cooling, ceiling fans and direct outdoor access to terraces or the pool area.
The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and is positioned adjacent to the pool for convenient access. One bedroom is located in a separate annexe with its own entrance and access to the terrace.
Outdoors, the villa features a private saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by a poolside terrace and a Bali day bed. There are multiple terraces and outdoor dining areas, as well as a built-in barbecue. A tumble dryer is available to keep beach and pool towels fresh during your stay.
Despite its peaceful setting, the villa is within easy reach of key locations: a 3-minute walk to Royal Bendinat golf course, 4 minutes to a large Eroski supermarket, 5 minutes to the beaches of Illetas and Port Portals marina, and approximately 15 minutes to Palma.
