Located within spacious grounds of the exclusive Vista Alegre area, this villa offers the peace and tranquility of relaxing in your private pool or a dip in the bay below, yet it is not far from the beaches and lively seaside clubs being only 5 minutes away and Ibiza Town only 15 minutes away. With 24-hour security within the gated community, this luxury villa is only 10 minutes from Ibiza's airport, and combines the privacy and security of Es Cubells, with easy access to Ibiza's vibrant nightlife. The nearest beach is Es Torrent and the nearest town is San Jose. OUTDOOR AREAS Set in beautiful surroundings with several terraces, covered chill-out spaces and sunbathing areas, guests can relax and unwind from the moment of arrival. With wonderful front-line views over the sea, the outside areas feature a private swimming pool (7m x 2m) over 2 levels with children's section, 6 sun beds plus extra mattresses, a barbecue and dining area for 10 people provide the perfect space for alfresco living and a breakfast low seating area for 6. There is a second larger pool below the house that can be used by guests, it is a communal pool for a few of the neighbouring houses but it is very rarely used so it's mostly empty, there are 4 sun loungers kept separately down at the pool for Villa Vista Es Torrent guests only. There is also an extra chill-out area with 4 loungers and massage bed or yoga area. LIVING AREAS First Floor: There is a spacious open-plan living room with wonderful front-line sea views that opens out onto a large terrace with 2 chill-out and sunbathing areas. It boasts a TV and Sky satellite system, an indoor dining area for 8 and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and table for 4 people. Ground Floor: There is a second open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a second indoor dining area for 10 people. The separate cinema room boasts surround sound, Blue Ray DVD player and a Sky satellite system. All living areas including the cinema room are equipped with air conditioning.
