The house combines the tranquility the countryside with close proximity to the Port of Pollensa and its services, beaches, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The villa has a wide entrance esplanade, which allows ball games such as basketball and football, where you will also find a garage.

The beautiful entrance gives access to a large, bright living room with spectacular windows giving panoramic views of the bay of Puerto Pollensa, the mountains in the distance and the countryside between Pollensa and the Port.
