Villa 7 is Samujana’s original villa and as a result it occupies one of the best positions on the estate with a fabulous elevated ocean view. It has an outdoor show kitchen with a bar, an adjoining dining area with spectacular views and with the added benefit of a fully equipped and air conditioned internal kitchen. There is a spacious outside living area overlooking 15 meter infinity pool and the ocean. It has an air conditioned AV/TV room adjacent to the outside living area but also a fully equipped air conditioned gym. Beautiful internal and external landscaping and an infinity water feature. Parking for 2 cars, a separate storeroom, full backup generators and uniformed security.
