Villa Chan Grajang, Cherngtalay

Located in the ultra-desirable Surin Beach enclave on the West Coast of Phuket, Villa Chan Grajang enjoys exquisite views over Surin Beach and Bang Tao. The house stands high above the bay facing northwest with sunsets out over the Indian Ocean you’ll look forward to night after night. Villa Chan Grajang is comprised of two villas, each with its own swimming pool, over a total of over 2,200 square meters.

In the grounds of the villa, the Balinese outdoor wooden table seats 12 and is ideal for BBQs or breakfast, while the dining room with its solid teak table and views out over Surin Beach offers a cooler internal option. The games room sports a 3/4 size snooker table, dart board, bar area, as well as TV and DVD player. There’s an additional entertainment room with its 50 inch plasma screen which is great for watching movies. The main villa boasts a stunning infinity pool ideal for recreation or laps. There is a Sala for those in-house massages, as well as a fully functional gym with cable TV and equipped with exercise machines.

Villa Chan Grajang has an eclectic mix of Asian and Western furnishings that will immediately put you at ease on your arrival. The guest villa has its own pool as well as its own modern kitchen facilities allowing the guests of larger parties the option of more privacy away from the main house. Both villas are serviced by Khun Apple and her team of four live-in staff. Khun Apple has looked after European families for over 15 years and speaks good English. Amongst her team there is a cook (who cooks both excellent Thai and Western food), as well as housekeepers.

The first villa has four double bedrooms and the second has two double bedrooms. All bedrooms are en-suite. The villa can sleep up to 12 comfortably, with parking for six cars and offers choices from a six bedroom hire all the way down to a single couple. Four of the six bedrooms have their own furnished deck areas.

Unique to the house is a 30 metre all-weather chipping and putting area on the lower lawn, providing hours of entertainment for kids as well as an extensive grassy areas for them to play in.
