The villa extends across 300 m² of living space distributed over three levels: ground floor, first floor, and second floor. Designed for up to 10 guests, the property features 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a heated swimming pool, terraces with panoramic sea views, and a summer outdoor kitchen.

The outdoor terrace is centered around a heated swimming pool with elegant sun loungers, sunshades, and an outdoor shower. Guests can relax while enjoying uninterrupted views of Dubrovnik Old Town and Lokrum Island. The terrace also includes a covered outdoor dining area for ten guests and a summer kitchen equipped with a sink and gas grill, ideal for Mediterranean dining and sunset gatherings.

The ground floor features a loggia with sea views connected to the indoor living room furnished with a white corner sofa, armchairs, and LCD TV. A fully equipped kitchen with direct terrace access is also located on this floor, together with an additional guest toilet.

The first floor is decorated with historic photographs and traditional artifacts and includes three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and panoramic sea views. The third bedroom also includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and walk-in closet.

The second floor hosts two main bedrooms, both equipped with king-size beds, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. Both suites offer beautiful views of the sea and Dubrovnik coastline.
