The villa offers 600 m² of indoor living space on an 800 m² estate and accommodates up to 14 guests. It includes 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 guest toilets, and 2 extra sofa beds. The ground floor features a spacious lounge foyer, two king bedrooms with en-suite bathtub bathrooms, a professional kitchen, bar area, living room with indoor fireplace, dining area for 14 people, and laundry room.
On the first floor, an elegant library opens onto two terraces overlooking Zaton Bay. This level also includes four duplex suites, each with a lounge, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and a gallery sleeping area with a king-size bed.
Outside, Mediterranean gardens with citrus trees, olives, and lavender surround the outdoor pool, lounge area, grill, private chapel, courtyards, terraces, and sea-view spaces. The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi, SAT TV, SONOS and BOSE sound systems, smart iPad villa control for lighting, music, and temperature, plus private parking for 2 cars.
