This beautiful property is composed of 2 villas that are next to each other: Villa Mar Azul and Villa Mar a Vista. They can be rented together or separately, in order to accommodate up to 20 guests.
Villa Mar a Vista:
Entrance hall, equipped with built-in wardrobe, leading into a contemporary living room decorated with warm and exotic elements with fireplace and flat screen TV.
On the left is an extra-large, fully equipped open plan kitchen, with a side-by-side fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and toaster. The pantry and laundry are equipped with washing and drying machines, iron and ironing board. The dining area is equipped with table and chairs, seating 8 people and leads to an outdoor dining area, also for 8 people, with a portable Big Green Egg barbeque. You will enjoy the east and westward facing terraces with fabulous views of the coastline of Salema and Sagres.
To the right, a bedroom with a double sofa bed and flat screen TV, ocean views and direct access to the terrace, as well as to the lower level terrace. A shower room is located in front of the bedroom.

Villa Mar Azul:
You enter onto a large sunlit entrance hall. To the right, you will find an ocean view bedroom with double bed and large flat screen TV, direct access to the pool area, separate shower room and office.
To the left, the spacious dining room equipped for 10 persons, with a split-level living room with fireplace, TV, access to the outdoor dining area, comprehending a dining table and chairs for 8 persons and portable “Kamado Joe” barbeque, east and westward facing terraces with views of the coastline to Salema beach and Sagres.
The open plan main kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob (electric), dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, table and chairs for 4 persons.
UPSTAIRS
Three ocean view bedrooms with large double beds, each bedroom with en-suite bathroom (two are full bathrooms and one has a shower room) and large flat screen TV.
MID-LEVEL
Bedroom with large double bed, en-suite shower room and dressing room.
LOWER-LEVEL
Self-contained apartment with living area, equipped with large screen TV, dining area with table and chairs for 4 persons, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, en-suite shower room and separate full bathroom, huge terrace overlooking Salema beach and the coastline.
