Padua Villa

You will find this luxury beachfront estate in Minies Village of Kefalonia, Greece. It is a spacious (over 800 square meters) private residence with its own 8.5 stremma plot with many palm trees, fruit trees, flower beds, fountain in front of the mansion and a stone wall surrounding the estate. The three-level estate features eight bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 18 guests. The estate is also equipped with an elevator to connect all three levels. An adjacent cottage has two bedrooms and one full bathroom and can accommodate up to four guests.

On the upper level hall you will find a large dome with a hanging magnificent bronze and crystal chandelier which has been custom designed by a famous Greek artist in a neoclassic style. There are three bedrooms on the upper level. The luxurious Master Bedroomis known as the Ivory Room which is elegantly decorated with a country French furniture theme. It is equipped Avith a beautiful marble fireplace and king size bed with an orthopedic mattress. The luxurious en suite bathroom includes a Jacuzzi, a marble fireplace with an adjoining marble and granite shower. This impressive master bedroom offers a spectacular view of the Ionian Sea with an adjoining large terrace with outdoor furniture that leads to a water slide, waterfall, pool and Jacuzzi.

On the same level you will find the Peach Room with a queen size bed with an orthopedic mattress and en suite bathroom. The Peach Room in a beautiful neoclassic decor with two double glass doors leads to two balconies that allow you to enjoy the view of the palm trees, fruit trees, flower beds and the beautiful fountain. The final bedroom on this level is the Burgundy Room. The furniture is Queen Anne style with a queen size bed with an orthopedic mattress and en suite bathroom. The Burgundy Room is designed with two balconies to enjoy the view of the front gardens and French doors leading to a private covered veranda to enjoy the full view of the Ionian Sea.

The foyer of the estate is equipped with a custom made curved marble staircase and bronze banister, 18 foot ceilings and marble floors throughout that leads to a step down formal elegant living room. The living room has 20 foot ceilings, a unique round marble fireplace, long large windows to enjoy the panoramic sea view and the magnificent sunset. The main floor also includes a deluxe kitchen fully equipped with a long glass breakfast table, a beautiful marble fireplace that leads to a television room with comfortable furniture, marble fireplace and large glass arched windows and doors to enjoy the panoramic swimming pool and sea.

A formal, large dining room in a neoclassic decor is decorated with a chandelier, sconces and paintings waiting for you to entertain your guests. There is also a home office that is beautifully decorated with English style furniture, Persian rugs, a television and en suite bathroom. Double glass doors give you direct access to the outdoor swimming area from the office. The main floor includes a powder room for the needs of the guests.

One level down, on the lower level, the main house hosts the Blue Room with elegant formal English decor with a queen size bed with an orthopedic mattress and en suite bathroom. The Green Suite with elegant French decor hosts a queen size bed with orthopedic mattress and a sofa. The Green Suite, connects to a second bedroom with two single beds both with orthopedic mattresses. In between these two bedrooms there is a bathroom with Jacuzzi style tub The Blue Room and Green Suite both offer private entrances for the convenience of the guests. Also, on this level is a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, the billiards table, and wine cellar where, you can store and enjoy your wine during your stay. Finally, on this level there is a utility room with washer, dryer, ironing board with an iron and a powder room.

OUTDOORS - The highlight of the estate is the pool area with an infinity pool, waterfall and waterslide, outdoor Jacuzzi and outdoor dining to accommodate 18 guests. Also offered are six (6) sun loungers, three (3) umbrellas and three (3) small tables that are just waiting to welcome you with the magnificent sunset and the beauty of the surrounding gardens that will captivate you. This area is equipped with a restroom and separate shower area. There is also a cottage next to the main house with two bedrooms with twin beds with orthopedic mattresses and one full bathroom. There is also a guard house on site.
