Casa Leopardo is a newly redeveloped contemporary property with a generous 300 square metres of indoor environment. Originally it was designed by the well known Swiss architect Ernst E. Anderegg. This chalet is ideally situated in the natural environment of Maloja and close to the exclusive alpine resort St. Moritz.

Located on a 4000 square metres of forest land, the property has a stunning mountain view of the Swiss Alps. Casa Leopardo offers an exclusive privacy in a very quiet environment - a perfect place to find peace and relaxation.

Alpine skiing is possible in the Maloja ski area (walking distance), also in neighbouring Corvatsch ski area with around 120 km of slopes or in Corviglia ski area in St. Moritz, which can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

The luxurious, contemporary furnished 3-level chalet has a main house with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and an additional apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom to share (sleeping option for 6 persons). The two spaces can be connected to each other so it becomes one big property and can host up to 14 persons.

The property is elegantly decorated and furnished with exclusive design furniture. Each one, main house und apartment, have modern, fully equipped design kitchens. The unique traditional style of the region has been retained in this chalet and combined with an innovative, elegant and modern touch.

The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious, inviting entrance hall with a wardrobe that offers enough space. To the right of this entrance area opens the large, open kitchen equipped with the most modern facilities and a dining area. On the left side of the ground floor is a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a bathroom next door. A laundry room and a technical room are also located on the ground floor as well as a little terrace.

Directly connected to the main house, but also with its own external entrance, is a separate apartment, divided into a living room, which can be turned into a second bedroom, a small dining area with fully equipped apartment kitchen and a separate bedroom and bathroom.

On the first floor you will find a spacious living area with a bar, a large dining area for a large group dinner, a cozy couch area to relax in and a soothing fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer impressive views. This all opens up on a huge, sunny terrace. In addition, there is another bedroom with attached bathroom on this floor.

On the second floor there is a private area with another master bedroom with stunning mountain views, a balcony, an en-suite bathroom and a separate area with a walk-in closet and a small library, where you can lose yourself in an excellent read.

The mountain village Maloja is located on Lake Sils, it is the largest and most scenic of the Upper Engadine lakes. From the house, the lake and the wonderful promenade can be reached in a walking distance of just 2 minutes. The hike around Lake Sils is considered one of the most beautiful in Switzerland.

The Engadin offers an unrivalled choice of top-class winter sports. Skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe treks, snowkiting, Ice Climbing, Ice skating – everything is possible. For winter sports enthusiasts there are 88 pistes with a state-of-the-art infrastructure in the surrounding area.

Casa Leopardo is the perfect property to enjoy a luxurious stay and provides the convenience of being close to all that the Engadin has to offer. It is the ideal starting point to enjoy the unique nature of the Engadin or to experience the urban lifestyle in nearby Saint Moritz.

The Italian town of Chiavenna, known for its historic center and its restaurants, is just 25 minutes away, and after a 1-hour drive you reach the famous Lake Como area with its idyllic villages and after a 2-hour drive you reach the fashion city of Milan with the world-famous Milan Cathedral, the Scala Opera House, exclusive designer shops and Italian cuisine that seduces all the senses.
