Luxury Villa Sunshine is a charming four-story house located in an attractive part of the Trogir Riviera in Seget Vranjica, only 300 m from the center of the place, 2 m from the sea and 6 km from the town of Trogir, which is listed as a UNESCO heritage site. With its exclusive location and modern architecture, it represents a perfect combination of natural beauty and attractive design.


Seget Vranjica is a small and very picturesque tourist settlement, located only 6 kilometers from the town of Trogir and 30 km from Split. This location is simply ideal because it allows complete privacy, tranquility and silence, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the other hand, it is in the vicinity of all the conveniences that one urban place can provide during the day and night. This magical resort has always been known for its rich Mediterranean vegetation, carefully treated ancient olive trees and vineyards, sandy and rocky beaches and coves. Situated in the immediate surroundings of the bay are numerous islands and islets that are just perfect for daily excursions by boat or yacht, while the entertainment in the hot summer evenings and enjoyment of the cultural events will be ensured by the repertoire of the Trogir Cultural Summer and the famous Split Summer Festival.

Luxury Villa Sunshine was built in 2011, it extends on 580 m² of beautifully landscaped property.

Villa Sunshine consists of the main residential building - the Villa Sunshine itself, plus 2 separate luxuriously furnished suites – the Sunshine suites. Villa Sunshine consists of 4 floors; an outdoor and indoor ground floor area with a swimming pool and sauna, the first floor, the second floor and an attic.

Separate Sunshine suites stretch over one floor and are situated on the first floor level.

The main residential part of Villa Sunshine has 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Each of the Sunshine suites has one bedroom and one bathroom.

The entire residence of Villa Sunshine is a suitable accommodation for 10 (+2) people, including extra beds.

The ground floor, which consists of garden and ground-level, interior, is reserved exclusively for social entertainment and relaxation, as well as for active sports and recreational fun. The interior of ground floor of Villa Sunshine is an ideal place to enjoy with your friends in music, food and drink. Within this area there is also a table tennis playground, outdoor fireplace and sauna.

The first floor of the villa contains a modernly equipped kitchen and a dining area, an area with a fireplace that radiates a warm family atmosphere in this space, while in the second part lies a spacious comfortable living room with a large sofa and LCD TV. Opposite of the living room is a corner where you can devote to your work or reading. The long terrace of the first floor offers a magnificent view of the romantic play of the horizon and sunset, while you are having dinner or enjoying a glass of wine.

On the first floor level, there are 2 separate luxuriously furnished suites. Each suite is equipped with a kitchen, living room with a sofa, double bed, bathroom and has access to the front yard, which includes garden furniture for resting.

On the second floor, which is connected with the rest of the building by an internal staircase, there are two luxurious and modern bedrooms with double beds, as well as en suite bathrooms with a bathtub or a shower cabin. Both rooms have a terrace to ensure that your awakenings will be enriched by the sea view.

The top floor of the Villa Sunshine is an attic, equipped and designed so that it can function as a separate suite. It includes a bedroom and has its own living room with sitting furniture and LCD TV, as well as a small kitchen. Inside the kitchen, there is also the table for dining. Naturally, it also has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The charming courtyard of Villa Sunshine is a truly special part of the residence. On one side, there is a dining table set under the shade of an olive tree and on a beautifully maintained lawn. The other part of the courtyard is reserved for a modern swimming pool (25 m², 1.7 m) with a waterfall, with the ability of a massage or recreational counter flow. Here, you will also find garden furniture. At the end of the day, the whole yard and the garden are transformed into a fairy tale with a gorgeous night scenery thanks to the decorative lightsplaced along the entire exterior of the property.

Luxury Villa Sunshine is fully air-conditioned and equipped with LCD SAT TV, CD and DVD players, Wi-Fi Internet access, includes in-floor heating, automatic opening of doors and windows, and a central vacuum system. The villa is fully under the supervision of security cameras. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, kettle, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The villa also has a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, cot and feeder for a baby, swimming pool and sauna for 3 people. There are 4 parking spaces provided for guests.
