The G Residence is an exceptional architectural home in the Hollywood Hills, located directly at the base of the Hollywood Sign, laid out over four floors and dropping dramatically from street level.

The historic enclave of Hollywoodland was designed to be the first themed hillside residential development in the United States. Just minutes to downtown Hollywood and the studios, the property is one-of-a-kind and it’s neighborhood has seen its share of extraordinary residents. The house affords sweeping views of Los Angeles, the Hollywood Sign and the pacific ocean.

The house design comprises a series of nested L-shaped forms, which cascade down the hillside and create large outdoor terraces over the city. They are made of board-formed concrete and designed as “fanning” cantilevers. The entire home is complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders throughout the house that open completely to integrate outdoor and interior spaces for gracious living.

The rooftop boasts breathtaking views of the iconic Hollywood Sign, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful lounge area on a large IPE deck reminiscent of a yacht. Sophisticated interiors incorporate luxurious materials and unparalleled craftsmanship. Theme elements of fire and water create a warmth that is rarely seen in modern architecture.

The living room space exudes a welcoming atmosphere, owing to its stunning marble fireplace and bar area. It opens up to a gorgeous pool deck with a cantilevered and heated infinity pool. One floor below, the high-end Italian designer kitchen and dining areas offer equally amazing vistas. There are also views into the pool upstairs through the pool windows that illuminate the whole house in an atmospheric light.
