This beautiful, spacious villa is directly on the beach with sweeping ocean views. The beach is both sandy and pebbly, so water entry requires water socks or pool shoes. Swimmers and snorkelers will find a sandy bottom less than 100 yards from shore. The snorkeling in this area is spectacular!

After exploring the tropical sea life, rinse off using the outdoor shower before a refreshing dip into the fabulous infinity pool. A Baja shelf with submerged pool loungers will quickly become your favorite spot.

The villa’s pool deck also includes a heated spa to melt your worries away and raised oceanfront sun deck for that perfect tan. A tandem kayak is provided complimentary during your stay.

Open and spacious living areas are furnished with contemporary furniture and modern decor. A wall of oceanfront windows provides gorgeous tropical views allowing natural light to flood the home.

After a long day enjoying the island, sink into the comfy sectional sofa to watch a movie, read a novel, or play some family-fun board games.

This single-story private residence can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably across four bedroom suites each with a private bath.

Primary Suite - king bed, oceanfront views, television with cable programming and AppleTV, walk-in closet, ensuite with double vanity, bathtub, and separate walk-in shower.

Island Suite - queen bed, garden views, SmartTV, ensuite bath with shower.

Garden Suite - queen bed, garden views, SmartTV, ensuite bath with shower.

Bunk Suite - 2 sets of twin over queen bunk beds, garden views, television with cable programming and AppleTV, Xbox One gaming console, ensuite bath with tub/shower combo.

The formal indoor dining area allows seating for 10 at the table and 2 at the kitchen counter. For alfresco meals, the outdoor dining table seats 12.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up a quick lunch or home-cooked meal. The villa’s outdoor kitchen is a grill master’s paradise with a propane grill, warming drawers, prep area, sink, and ice maker. Hire a gourmet chef or family-style cook for a night of worry-free dining.
