PHUKET - VILLA ZERENO

Just wanted to thank you for your time in arranging the villa. This place was truly AMAZING! The staff was so helpful in making a vacation truly worry free. Our house manager really went the extra mile in helping us and making sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We had an amazing time and all plan to return perhaps this time next year. Please pass this on to the owner and staff as they were truly spectacular. I am sure our group of people that rented this villa is not the usual group that rents from them but they did not skip a beat in making us feel welcome. We've just returned from our stay at Villa Zereno and absolutely loved our experience.We stayed for 5 nights during February (peak season) and are so glad we booked well ahead of time as it is one of, if not the best holiday house we have stayed at.

Prakit (the manager) was fantastic, ensuring our stay was comfortable and organising our meals ahead of time and our driver to get us around and promptly.

As we were there for a wedding it was important that we stuck to the schedule for the entire trip, which we did thanks to our driver Yosha (?). Yosha was fantastic and accommodating, taking us out to Patong for some fun times, midnightsnack runs and picking us up when we're worst for wear.

The staff were so helpful, providing great service during meal times, happily taking our laundry to be washed and ironed ready for the next day, with our rooms made by the time we get home.

Overall, the villa is amazing with all the facilities you could want. Great staff who are very attentive and a perfect location with the view of the ocean.

Everybody enjoyed their stay and will definitely come back when we get the chance.Thank you so much again to Prakit and the villa staff for our comfortable and fantastic stay.
