Limin’ da Coconut is an architecturally stunning 8000 sq. ft 5-bedroom villa which also offers the option of an additional apartment that includes a 6th bedroom. It is located directly on Anguilla’s coastline in Little Harbour. It is built on a corner that juts out into the azure sea – ensuring complete privacy for guests.You enter the property through the tower and on to the four-cornered courtyard atrium – dotted with palm trees and open to the stars. The courtyard is surrounded by open plan relaxation areas, spaces flowing from the living room to the lounge area, from the dining room to a fully equipped kitchen with a granite topped island bar and all GE Profile appliances. The dining area has a huge wood dining table with benches which seats 12.The villa hugs a quiet corner of Anguilla’s coastline and offers privacy as well as stunning and panoramic views. In the spring you can see whales coming through the channel. With striking, modernistic architectural design, cool yet comfortable contemporary interiors, the villa is oasis on our quiet island.At night you can gaze at the kaleidoscope of stars from the tower’s viewing deck, which also offers a very private sunbathing area during the day. The side garden offers a large grassed area with an oversized hammock where you can swing or doze in the Caribbean trade winds, as well as a patio that is perfect for evening cocktails.Limin’ da Coconut features four uniquely themed Master King bedrooms that are all ensuite. Bedrooms are accessed through walkways and bridges allowing guests an indoor-outdoor living experience. Each of the King Suites also have their own private balcony with equally spectacular views.The villa has a fifth bedroom with two twin beds and two trundle beds. The twin beds can be converted to a King, if preferred. Located on the ground floor, and without access to a private balcony, it is perfect for children.Limin’ da Coconut also boasts an independent apartment that includes a kitchenette, living area and a 6th bedroom with its own bathroom.All bedrooms as well as the living room are air conditioned.A welcome package is provided for all guests and housekeeping services are available a maximum of 6 days per week or you can request fewer days for more privacy.
