A “vertical garden” decorates the wall at one end of the terrace, and a grill at the entrance to the kitchen makes hosting a barbecue simple. The kitchen itself is modern and designed for ease-of-use, with a large center island, Siemens appliances and a Lavazza espresso machine.

The living and dining areas are light and open, with comfortable seating, a home theater system, and a pleasing decor employing light wood and eggshell shades, fine art, and French country-style antique furniture. Also located on the second floor is the master bedroom, with a king bed, ensuite bath and a view onto the flora in the building’s central 2nd-story courtyard. The second and third bedrooms and their shared bathroom are located one flight up, one with a queen bed and the other with a full.
