Villa Arcadia is a welcoming and tranquil 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom hillside villa with rare heated pool in the beautiful Villas of Oyster Pond (a private gated community) located on the Dutch side of the island and close to the French border, offering easy access to both worlds and luxurious amenities.

From the pool deck there are expansive views of the ocean and Oyster Pond Marina with plenty of room for sunbathing around the deck in reclining lounge chairs. A large covered outdoor arcade with comfortable couch/chairs and dining area are great for relaxing out of the sun, grilling and eating meals. For early risers, this is a great villa to view the Caribbean sunrise over the island.

The living and dining area, with their soaring Caribbean ceilings, are beautifully furnished, modern and comfortable: from the living area, you walk out to the pool deck via wide sliding doors that cover almost the entire length of the wall. The adjacent newly renovated kitchen (October 2019) is spacious, well-equipped and has a breakfast bar that opens to the living area.

There are three well-appointed bedrooms located on the main level of the villa: the master bedroom with mahogany king-size bed and en-suite bath is located on one side of the living room and opens through sliding doors to the pool deck.

The second bedroom is located next to the master bedroom and features a king bed convertible to twins - a full bath in the hallway is adjacent and for use by the living area or this bedroom. The second master is on the opposite side of the villa and has a king-size mahogany bed as well as its own en-suite bath - all 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning and smart TVs and open into the main living area of the villa making this a wonderful home for families and entertaining.

On the lower level there is a one bedroom apartment that is the 4th bedroom with its own private entrance: the apartment offers wonderful ocean views and is self-contained with its own living area, small kitchen with breakfast bar and separate bedroom area with air conditioning and bathroom.

The villa provides high speed internet service, a 65 inch smart TV in living area, Wi Fi throughout, washer & dryer and spacious parking area with a quick drive in from the main gate.

Arcadia is minutes away from beautiful Dawn Beach and Oyster Pond, the gourmet restaurants of Grande Case, the beaches of the French side, the charm of Marigot or the nightlife and Casinos of the Dutch side and duty free shopping in Phillipsburg are all within a short drive.
