Les Cavaliers villa is located close to Cevennes National Park, near Uzes in Provence. The area is ideal for nature and wine lovers. The Property features 8 elegant and comfortable bedrooms with their own bathroom, air conditioning and Television and can accommodate up to 20 Guests with no more than 8 children. Two of the bedrooms have a mezzanine each with mattresses for up to four children or two young adults, and direct access to the garden. The grounds include ample alfresco dining and lounging areas, a tennis court with an elevated and lit lounge area for spectators, 2x swimming pools, a children's playground, a fitness room and a sauna. In 2024, a new 250m2 building is introduced to cater to your events.

- Fully equipped Fitness Room overlooking the Swimming Pool area, including: the latest exercise machines, Television, Stereo System, a Children Rock-climbing Wall, a Sauna, and Bathroom with two showers, WC, and Vanity.
- Small semi-equipped kitchen opening onto the pool area with 'Smeg' stainless dishwasher, refrigerator
- WiFi throughout the house, summer kitchen, terraces and in the swimming pool area (Bear in mind that Property is located at the end of the local network line so in case of network issue, there could be some connections difficulties out of our control)
- The house is equipped with a 'Philips' fax / telephone / copy, and a 'Canon' printer / scanner
- The laundry room has separate drying area, 2x Washing Machines (10 kg) and 2x Dryers (10 kg)
- A library with a large fireplace (140 cm x 120 cm), a bridge table, board games (playing cards, chess, backgammon, etc.) and a guest toilets
- A home cinema with three large sofas, acoustic ceiling, Plasma TV (50 "), CD and DVD players, surround sound system (with docking facility for iPhone), and a selection of about 150 new DVDs (for all ages)
- Cocktail room leading to the first floor through stairs and door leading onto the gardens
- 2 'Geneva' Hifi systems with docking for iPhones (inside and outside)
- There are separate stereo systems in the kitchen, library, main living room, and in the fitness room
- Air Conditioning is not really necessary (the walls are 80-100 cm thick and 30 cm insulation in the ceilings); however, there are Air conditioning units in the bedrooms and additional portable fans if needed
- There are extractor fans in all bathrooms, the laundry room, the toilets, the dressing and the kitchen. The other rooms benefits from natural ventilation
- Heated floor on the ground floor and in each bathroom
