A beautiful location Maison Marguerite a pretty contemporary air-conditioned house of 260 m2 offering 5 double bedrooms and 5 bath/shower rooms accommodating up to 10 guests.
Beautiful open plan living room, pure, refined and bright, large bay windows open onto the terrace and the swimming pool. To the back of the living room there is a beautiful dining area and an open fully equipped fitted kitchen
A staircase leads to the first floor: 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom with King size 180cm bed with dressing room, TV, desk and has access to a large corner terrace in front of the bedroom.
A bathroom with shower, bath & double sink with a separate WC. Green, neat views, over the roofs of the village and a small sea view from the shower, just to remind you "I'm not far away!"
The second bedroom with a Queen size160cm bed with dressing room, desk and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. This room has view to the garden and pool below
The third bedroom is a Twin bedroom 90cm beds with two single beds, dressing room and a shower with shower, washbasin and WC
The annex with independent entrance has 2 beautiful bedrooms with Queen size 160Cm beds dressing rooms, desks and shower rooms with showers, washbasins and WC’s
Outside there is a neat garden of 1500 m2 and a heated pool 10 x 5.50m with easy comfy seating area and dinning are to eat al fresco.
