On the ground floor there is a hall with open plan living room (110m2) with sea and mountains views. Fully equipped kitchen, back kitchen for professional use with cellar, cold room and ice maker machine. Living room with great dining table for up to 14 people.
The living space opens onto superb terraces facing the sea, mountains in the background and pool.
Double bedroom master suite (45m2) with sea view and super King size 200cm bed . Dressing room, en suite bathroom with 2 wash-basins, bath, and shower, separate WC. Second bedroom with King size180cm bed and sea view, dressing, en suite shower room, double washbasins and separate WC. On the lower level, a service entrance with small kitchen. Two further bedrooms one with 180cm bed and one with 2x90cm beds, cupboards, each with a shower room, washbasin and WC. Laundry room including a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
