Villa Martini is a brand-new property located in a quiet neighbourhood offering uninterrupted sea view and access through a private path to a secluded beach. The villa is located only 10 minutes’ drive from Mykonos Town and all the must-be places. Villa Miraval consists of 6 master bedrooms of 50sqm each. 4 of the bedrooms offer amazing sea view and 2 of them are independent guest rooms with private entrance and garden view.
The villa also includes a staff room with its own fully equipped kitchen suitable for your personnel. While entering the villa you will find a spacious living room with extensive doors leading to the pool & jacuzzi area while offers you an amazing sea view. In the same area is located a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and direct access to the outdoor BBQ area where a second door is located that leads you through a private path to a secluded beach. Taking the steps to the lower level you can enjoy the fully equipped gym. If your kids are accompanying you, they can enjoy the second living area downstairs or play in the back yard. Un-wind on your amazing new-build villa, spend your day at the pool, or take a walk down the beach. Remember, all Mykonos fun is only 10 minutes away.
