The internal and external spaces are drawn with luxury in mind, offering the beholder to enjoy any imaginable comforts while on vacation. Located on a stunning plot of land of 5700 m2. Villa Sapphire Black consists of one building site and offers a total living area of 600 m2. Build with the outmost elegant elements, the villa offers you the unique chance to enjoy comfort, elegance, relaxation, recreation, and hospitality in the highest level.
The spacious entrance floor accommodates superb living areas such as a living room with view to Mykonos Town, a TV room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC. In addition, in the entrance level there is a designed corridor that takes you in two of the rooms. On the upper floor there is an independent guest room with its own private entrance.
At the ground floor there is an indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi as well as the gym, the spa area, and a bathroom. Next to the spa area there are two staff rooms as well as large storage room. Additionally, on the ground floor there are 4 rooms and the laundry area.
All bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite bathrooms, while the villa comes with 2 members of staff.
The outdoor area hosts a magnificent swimming pool which leads to the sitting rooms and bedrooms. There are also outdoor sitting and dining areas under wooden pergolas and private furnished verandas for all the bedrooms and the guest room. The villa is accessible by a private road and parking area is provided.
