Santorini VV is a converted family house, which used to be the prized sanctuary of a passionate art collector. It has been fully renovated, and furnished with vintage and custom-made items from the family’s private collection. Ideally located in the middle of the Caldera rim, at the highest point of the Caldera cliff, Santorini VV offers privileged views of the volcano and surrounding islands. Built, as it is, under the Monastery of Agios Nicolaos at the beginning of the village of Imerovigli, it benefits from the residential nature of the neighbourhood and its central location. Santorini VV is in between, and at walking distance from, the villages of Firostefani and Imerovigli, while the capital Fira is a 20-minute walk. Access to the hotel is very easy, as the car can reach up to the hotel entrance and the only steps are the steps of the hotel (most hotels in Santorini are located far from the main road and there are steps to reach them). Its special layout gives the bed a lovely Caldera view, and its living room a more boudoir feel. Vasaltis opens onto its private terrace and the swimming pool, one of the largest on the Caldera. Its signature features are the raised bed and sculpted bathtub, which offer breathtaking views out across the volcano. King Cat opens onto its private terrace and the swimming pool, one of the largest on the Caldera.
