This villa consists of 2 adjacent maisonettes (apartments) and a large studio (C). Maisonette (A) has two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with en-suite bathroom), a big kitchen/diningroom and a separate bathroom. The living room is on the upper floor offering spectacular sea view.Maisonette (B) has also two bedrooms, one is located on the upper floor with en-suite bathroom/toilet and a spectacular sea view. The other is located on the ground floor with a separate bathroom/toilet. A large sofa/bed can be used for extra guests. There is also a small kitchen/dining room.Both maisonettes have access to a veranda on the upper floor offering an amazing sea view.Studio (C) adjacent to Maisonette (B) with its own entrance consists of a built-in double bed with en- suite bathroom/toilet and a sofa/bed for sleeping an extra guest .All rooms are air-conditioned. All living rooms have a TV and hi-fi. Villa 2 has a private swimming pool 5mx10m with a perfect sea view giving the "infinite pool" feel.There is a parking area for 3 cars. Villa 2 can accommodate people max 12 people.Important Note: For large groups of up to 23 people you have the possibility of renting both villas so you can all be together to celebrate special events.
