The Syros infinity house is a charming traditional style house situated high up on the cliff overlooking the sea towards the south west.In the main house there is one master bedroom with en suite bath/shower and a further two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. The spacious living room with double sided, inside and outside cosy fireplace is charmingly furnished and has a flat screen TV with satellite cable .There is a fully equipped open kitchen and inside dining table for 12 people on this level. The outside breakfast area is in front of the fireplace, sheltered from winds and sun and seats twelve people. There is a music system in the main house and on the terrace and the house is fully alarmed. The Guest apartments are built in the rock with a patio on the back side of each one for complete privacy, protection and relaxation.There are two apartments with two beds each which makes them ideal for families and there are two bathrooms each with shower. There is a shared kitchenette in the front room. Both the main house and guest house have central under fllor cooling/heating systems, autonomous automatic controlled humidity regulation system as well as ventilators. There is also a staff room with kitchenette and en suite bathroom on the lower basement floor The magnificent outside area has a sweeping terrace with sea views, outdoors kitchen and dining area with Barbecue, a twenty by four meter infinity pool and an outdoor shower and wc. The housekeeping is included 3 days per week,additional days are available upon request A private chef is also available upon request.
