The house was built in 2014, on a 4000m2 estate and will grant you with complete privacy. It is a very secure place with electric gates and video entry system. Syros Sea View is very modern and light. It comprises of one main building and two guesthouses with two bedrooms each. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and an open bathtub. A private terrace with a daybed overlooking the sea completes this space. The main house has a spacious living room with stylish modern furniture and high quality fabrics. In the evening the fireplace leads to a cosy and romantic atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a gourmet dining experience. A glass roof above the kitchen will provide you with natural daylight as well as a beautiful view of the stars. There are four double guest bedrooms, all with lovely sea views and own entrances. Each beautifully appointed with modern deluxe bath rooms including bathrobes and minibars. The outside terraces of 500m2 and a 60m2 sun terrace with sun-beds, several sitting and chill out lounge areas, both sunny and shady, will offer you a specious relaxation. In front of the house is a stunning infinity salt water swimming pool and a jacuzzi.Additionally a high quality sound system will allow you to set the perfect mood.There is a BBQ area,a fully equipped summer kitchen and a gas stove, which is perfect for outdoor dining. The beautiful olive trees and the herb garden will inspire you for a lovely mediterranean experience.
