Designed as a modern architectural statement, the villa unfolds around a striking double-height atrium filled with a lush indoor botanical garden. Natural light pours into the interiors, highlighting clean lines and carefully selected materials that create a refined yet tranquil atmosphere.
Spanning three levels, the villa is thoughtfully arranged for both privacy and shared living. The middle floor serves as the social heart of the home, featuring an open-plan living and dining area for up to ten guests, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, all opening directly onto the pool terrace. Two en-suite bedrooms are also located on this level. The upper floor hosts three additional en-suite bedrooms, each with its own balcony, including a primary suite with panoramic sea views.
The ground floor is dedicated to wellness, offering a private spa experience complete with a heated indoor plunge pool featuring waterfall and jets, a hammam, a massage room, and a bathroom.
