This villa is one of few luxury properties on the Amalfi Coast to be situated on the cliffs directly above the sea and, at the same time, within easy walking distance of the town center, the restaurants and the shops. The little footpath which leads to the beach and sea is only 150 meters away. Impressive, yet blending perfectly with its natural surroundings, the villa is all white with arched windows and columns. The accommodations are spread over three floors: a main floor, a lower floor and a top tower. The Main Floor is composed by the entrance hall, which is furnished with antiques, a marble table and a grand piano; The comfortable living room, equipped with a fireplace, and also furnished with antiques; and The dining room, which features a large glass-topped table, seating 12, and fragments of original Roman columns. Six of the bedrooms are on the lower level, whereas the other two bedrooms may be found in the Top Tower, easily accessed by 25 steps up an external staircase or from the road entrance. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, except for the two tower bedrooms which share a bathroom. Some of the amenities include TV and DVD in the six bedrooms, TV and stereo in the living area, air conditioning throughout and fast internet access. The public rooms on the main level open to a terrace with covered and uncovered areas for dining or sitting and relaxing outdoors. Steps lead down from here to a wonderful sea water pool (18 x 5m, ladder access) set on a large terrace paved with natural stone and lined with white columns. There is also a shower, WC and a frigo-bar at this level. From the pool terrace there are incredible views of the sea, the coast and Li Galli islands. Furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, there is an outdoor shower, and shade is provided in one corner by orange and lemon trees. The terrace and pool are lit up at night.
