More than a hundred poeple of qualified team have been working for two years to create this unheard of complex.
The Estate is located at only five minutes by car from Porto Cervo that can also be reached on foot with a 35 minutes walk, boasts four hectares of private peninsula, around 1.300 sq m2 of interior leaving spaces of the best modern architecture and it is furnished with an extensive collection of vintage and custom furnitures and rare art pieces.
Noteworthy:
Great security and privacy due to total isolation since the nearest neighbors are 2 miles away. The estate has sunrise and sunset exposition. A 1.6 km walk or jogging track along the private path on the coast line. A very safe approach helipad. Three beaches of small pebbles to avoid visitors. Yacht club dock with numerous moorings. Large Sundeck by the sea with easy access for children. Always protected terrasses what ever the wind. Two pools, one of 25 meter lap lenght.
