The ground floor of the main villa is full of lounges and living areas featuring characteristic terracotta flooring and vaulted ceilings with oak beams. The interior spaces are generous and have French doors leading to the panoramic exterior of the house.

here is also a bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom that is easily reached and direct access to the garden. In the two wings upstairs, four more richly appointed bedrooms await guests, each with its own bathroom and windows facing Lake Trasimeno. One can easily get lost among the various richly decorated terraces and patios scattered throughout the grounds of the main villa. There is a comfortable entertainment area complete with outdoor fireplace, a multi-level guesthouse, a gym outfitted in the old hay barn, a tennis court, a “bocce” court and a panoramic infinity pool.
