Villa Magia, Positano

Villa Magia is a marvelous 3 floors property provided with one of the most beautiful views of Positano that sleeps up to 14 peoples, with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It’s a almost 5000 square feet property, with over 3000 square feets of gardens and terraces. It’s a nature’s paradise in the center of Positano.The original part of the villa was builded up in the XVIII Century as one of the severals watchtower to advise people from Amalfi Coast of Saracen pirate’s arrival.During the XX century, the villa have been ampliated and renovated, and now it’s one of the biggest and most beautiful properties of Positano and of Amalfi Coast.It’s located right on top of the famous “Pyramid of Positano”, with its double access from steps, that makes the property on the right place to be in the center of Positano without hearing any noise.

Villa Magia have 2 different entrances from 2 different steps. On the main floor are located:

- A large outdoor kitchen with barbecue, pizza oven, a small bath and a woderfoul orchid terrace with seaview on the beach of Fornillo;- A large fully equipped indoor kitchen with luxury cutlery and all the professional cooking instruments (microwave, oven, mini pimmer, robot, etc)- A big living with a 36” TV Sat with english language channels, 2 sofas with luxury linens, fireplace;- A modern dining room with famous paintings and decors;- IT room, with PC, printer, fax, etc, in case you need to be connected to the world- A winter garden with a piano, another leaving, and a bathroom;- All the indoor areas are provided with very huge terraces, all with marble floors and with a different, but incredible seaview.

Upper Level (modern Style)

Straight from the IT room, it departs a stair that brings to the upper level, where 2 huge suites are located.A huge room with a double bed and a big bathroom with bathtube and it’s personal terrace with seaview, and the Main one, with it’s legendary bathroom with Jacuzzi, that ends on a terrace where you’ll be the only one in Positano to see both the beaches, Fornillo and Spiaggia Grande, from the same place.In the middle of the upper and main levels, just on top of the indoor kitchen it’s located the laundry area, with a room for washing and ironing.

Tower Level (positano’s Style)

Going down from the main floor, you reach the original part of the villa, that includes:- Another fully equipped kitchen with a inroom living and a wonderful dining patio with seaview;- a living room with terraces and a bathroom;- a bedroom with queen size bed and terrace;- another suite with bathroom and terrace;- Swimming area with a wonderful swimming pool of 130 square and 7 feet deep, located on a magnificent terrace with seaview.

Completes the property another huge garden where you’ll be able to find seasonal fruit and vegetables to taste for your dinner.
