The contemporary Villa El Aire is located in La Alqueria, a private gated development bordering the Atalaya Golf & Country Club, one of the oldest and most prestigious golf clubs in Spain. Conveniently located near first-rate facilities and beautiful sandy beaches, it is just a short drive to the high-end shopping centres, restaurants and bars of Puerto Banus.
The lovely landscaped garden overlooks the Atalaya golf course and features a large infinity swimming pool and a further shaded chill-out area. The semi-covered porch running the full length of the house is furnished with comfy chairs and sofas and another 8-seater table for alfresco dining.
The bright and airy ground floor features a vast double-height open-plan living room, with plush seating and chic interior design. A fabulous media wall fireplace separates the main living space from the kitchen and dining area.
Overlooking the garden, the kitchen has glossy handleless units and a central island perfect for entertaining. There is a dining table seating eight with comfortable upholstered tub chairs.
For those who need to work or study, there is a modern office which completes the ground floor.
On the upper level, there are four stylishly-furnished bedrooms, all with brand new ensuite bathrooms. You’ll feel as if you’re staying in a boutique hotel but with all the privacy and comforts of a superior holiday home.
Descend the beautiful glass and wood floating staircase to the basement, where you’ll find two further ensuite bedrooms, a smart media room with table tennis and a fully equipped gym.
