Located just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Palma’s vibrant city center, the villa provides both convenience and seclusion. Mallorca’s beaches are a short drive away, and the nearby towns of Soller, Santa Maria and Binissalem offer markets and dining options within easy reach.

The gated grounds create a tranquil retreat surrounded by olive trees and countryside views. At the center of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for gathering and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the warmth of the log fire, watch films in the dedicated cinema room, or listen to music through the Sonos sound system, which extends to the outdoor terrace and pool area. Underfloor heating, central heating, air conditioning and high-speed internet ensure year-round comfort.

The fully equipped modern kitchen, along with the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, makes it easy to enjoy meals at home.
