Casa De Montana is a serene countryside retreat set on a verdant hillside near the charming town of Alaro, at the gateway to Mallorca’s Tramuntana mountains. Elevated above rolling farmland and traditional estates, the villa enjoys sweeping panoramic views across Mallorca’s central plains, creating a peaceful and restorative atmosphere where time naturally slows.

From the moment of arrival, the villa is surrounded by enchanting gardens that blend sweeping green lawns, sculpted shrubs, and fragrant Mediterranean plants. The gentle sound of trickling water from the fish pond, combined with birdsong from the surrounding wooded hillsides, enhances the sense of calm, privacy, and seclusion.

The house itself is a classic whitewashed Mallorcan country home with terracotta roof tiles and wooden shutters. Inside, the ambience is warm and characterful, balancing rustic charm with refined details. Sunlight fills the interiors, highlighting elegant chandeliers, gilt framed artwork, and carefully selected furnishings. Several terraces and windows frame uninterrupted countryside views, reinforcing the villa’s tranquil character.

The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four spacious double bedrooms. The decor throughout is soft, stylish, and understated. Three bedrooms enjoy beautiful countryside views, and all feature private en suite bathrooms with walk in showers and or bathtubs, plush towels, and quality toiletries. One bedroom, located at the rear of the house, does not have air conditioning.

Indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly. The inviting sitting room opens directly onto the terrace and features deeply comfortable sofas. A dedicated office space with desk, computer, and printer allows guests to combine relaxation with work if needed. The contemporary, light filled kitchen is fully equipped for both casual meals and elaborate dinners, complemented by an adjacent utility room with full laundry facilities.

Outdoor living is centered around relaxation and dining. The private pool is ideal for unwinding, while cushioned sun loungers invite long, leisurely days in the sun. Two distinct terrace areas include one with a bespoke local stone table seating eight for alfresco meals, and another furnished with plush seating for drinks and sunset gatherings.

Despite its peaceful setting, Casa De Montana offers excellent access across the island. Palma and its international airport are approximately 20 minutes away, while the beaches of Alcudia Bay can be reached in around 30 minutes. Nearby, the town of Alaro offers several restaurants, including the well known Es Verger on the road to Alaro Castle.

Daily housekeeping is provided Monday to Saturday, along with on site gardener and handyman services during the same period. The villa is best suited to adult groups or families with older children due to its open level design and open water features.
