The lower floor includes a playroom, SPA room with sauna and jacuzzi; while in the garden, steps lead down to the wonderful pool with integrated pool area for children.
The grand entrance leads to a large open-plan living area, with lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen all with magnificent views to the sea. This floor also features a guest bathroom.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, fireplace and access to the side garden with a large dining area overlooking the sea. The laundry is also located on this floor.
