Spread across three levels, the villa features multiple porches and patios where guests can enjoy both sun and shade, with views across the gardens and mountains. Its elevated position allows for open countryside vistas, creating a relaxed and private holiday environment.

At the heart of the outdoor space is a nine-meter private swimming pool with one open side framing the surrounding landscape. A sunny terrace with loungers provides the perfect place to relax after a swim. Inside, the villa comfortably accommodates up to seven guests across four airy bedrooms.

The master suite, located on the ground floor, features a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Bedroom two, on the upper floor, includes a double bed, air conditioning and access to a separate bathroom.

Bedroom three, also on the upper floor, offers two single beds, air conditioning and access to a separate bathroom with a bathtub.

With convenient road access, Palma and Soller are both approximately 20 minutes away by car, while the beaches of Port de Soller and Deia can be reached in under 30 minutes. Hiking trails are easily accessible in the surrounding countryside.
