The expansive terrace faces the sea and features cushioned sun beds, creating an ideal setting for relaxing with ocean views. A uniquely designed saltwater infinity pool stretches toward the horizon, while a shaded alfresco dining area and BBQ grill provide the perfect space for outdoor meals.
From the patio, sliding access leads into the open-concept living room with a neutral color palette and exotic accents. Plush sofas invite relaxation, and a TV offers entertainment. The interior dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen fitted with appliances including a dishwasher and blender.
Cashmere Villa accommodates up to 8 guests across four individually decorated bedrooms. The master suite includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, ceiling fan, plasma TV, and jacuzzi. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 includes two twin beds that can convert into a king, with its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and include ceiling fans.
The villa is located directly on the waterfront with a short two-minute walk down to the beach. Harmony Hall and Non Such Bay Resort are within walking distance, and Half Moon Bay is a 10-minute drive away. English Harbour is 25 minutes by car, and the international airport is approximately 45 minutes away.
