A spectacular 56 ft (17 m) infinity-edge swimming pool stretches across the front of the villa, forming the focal point of the outdoor living area. At one end of the pool, a gazebo provides a shaded setting ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining. The sunbathing deck and pool terrace open through glass walls into a beautifully furnished lounge, TV room, dining area, open-plan kitchen, and separate laundry room.
One king-size ensuite bedroom is located just off the main living area. On the first floor, there are two additional king-size ensuite bedrooms, along with a twin bedroom featuring two single beds and an adjacent bathroom. A private study is also located on this level. All rooms enjoy remarkable ocean views.
From the main pool deck, an external staircase leads down to a private garden and a lower-level entertainment area that includes a games room with a pool table and TV. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also equipped with ceiling fans and fly screens throughout for added comfort.
Ocean One accommodates up to 8 guests in four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, offering generous space for family stays or groups seeking a refined oceanfront setting.
