Ocean 15 is a four-bedroom oceanfront retreat in Antigua, positioned above Ffryes Beach with sweeping views across the Caribbean Sea. Designed for expansive indoor-outdoor living, this private villa stands out for its elevated setting and direct access to the boardwalk leading down to the beach.
The spacious wraparound deck forms the heart of the outdoor experience, featuring a private infinity-edged pool, a fully fitted outdoor BBQ kitchen, a dining area, and a covered lounge with a double daybed. A separate sunbathing deck provides private access to the boardwalk and beach below.
Large sliding doors connect the deck to an expansive lounge, dining area, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar. The seamless flow between inside and outside allows uninterrupted ocean views throughout the main living spaces.
Three ensuite bedrooms are located on the first floor, including a master suite with a double rain shower, bath, and twin vanity units. These bedrooms open onto a large wraparound balcony with a covered furnished lounge, offering remarkable sea views and sunset outlooks. The fourth ensuite bedroom is located off the main living area and overlooks the infinity pool.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in four king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus an additional outdoor WC. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are installed throughout, and all rooms include high-speed broadband internet and Smart TV.
