The Villa just a few minutes’ walk to the famous Pampellone beach with a 4.2m x 16.4m infinity pool and stunning views of the Mediterranean, this property promises an unparalleled living experience. Enjoy high-end amenities including a fitness room, sauna, Hammam, spa and tennis court.
Inside a spacious entrance hall leads to an elegant dining room and a bright living room opening onto an outdoor terrace with views of the pool and the sea. The equipped kitchen, with its wine cellar, also opens onto an outdoor terrace. A master bedroom with private bathroom and four double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms offer optimum comfort.
The property has an outbuilding with two additional bedrooms and their bathrooms. An infinity pool and direct access to the beach complete the outdoor space, surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden.
The basement includes a staff area, with a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a laundry room.
The property is also just at 800 meters to Pampelonne beach and 12 minutes’ drive to St-Tropez Village Centre so it’s not possible to feel bored in this area with St Tropez’s where they are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nightlife sports clubs and medieval towns to explore such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle. The beach being just a 400 meters walking distance on a lane drive from the property with its golden sandy stretches of Pampelonne beach, with the numerous famous beach restaurants such as Club 55, Nikki Beach - Les Palmiers - Les Jumeaux to name a few.
