This superb property consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 on the ground floor, each with an en-suite bathroom, one double on the first floor with en-suite bathroom and pool view, the 5th bedroom is on the lower level with also an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has air conditioning.
The large living room with several comfortable sofas and a fireplace opens onto a fabulous terrace and pool area and the 5000m2 garden with flat lawn.
The fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances is a couple of steps away with a large breakfast table and access to 2 terraces, one with a dining table to enjoy dinner with a sea view and one with soft cushions to enjoy a siesta in the breeze.
The villa is located in a beautiful landscaped park of 5000m2 with a pool house housing a large dining table and a superb swimming pool. The villa, of contemporary decoration, has luxury services and many terraces.
It’s not possible to feel bored in this area with St Tropez’s where they are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nightlife sports clubs and medieval towns to explore such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle and best of all, the vineyards of Gassin are all within close proximity to Villa.
