From the entrance hall, leads to an impressive spacious bright and airy living room comfortable and tastefully furnished with lovely stone floors and beamed ceiling, there is ample seating several large sofas, flat screen TV and an open fireplace. Large arched patio doors leads to a covered terrace with comfy seating.
From the living room there is a arch which leads to a bright dinning/breakfast area with arched patio window to covered terrace and dinning facilities. Open plan ultra modern kitchen fitted to a very high standard with all modern appliances including dishwashers, an American fridge/freezer.
To the other side of the drawing room there is a passage where there is a double bedroom king size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment, basin and WC. The bedroom has French window to the terrace.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with king size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath & separate shower, double basin and WC, TV and views of the sea through the pine trees from the terrace balcony.
On the lower level (pool level) external access only there are two further double bedrooms with king size beds with en-suite bathroom and shower room, both rooms have French doors to the garden.
Magnificent well maintained garden planted with olive trees, which lead to a path running alongside the sea front. The garden is on two levels, large covered terrace with dinning facilities and gas barbecue, steps down to a lower terrace with pool access by corner steps, heating on request.
