The Villa benefits of four double bedrooms & bathrooms accommodating 8 guests, surrounded by lush landscaped gardens and panoramic view over the Gulf of St Trope. Its south-facing position means guests can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day but can also find several shaded areas outdoor. The Beauvallon Golf Club is just a stone's throw away and would make a pleasant activity whilst on holiday, as an alternative to a wide range of water sports available on The bright entrance hall welcomes visitors to the upper level of the villa. On this floor, you will find two of the four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and private terrace. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level. All bedrooms have a King-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. There is also an extra bathroom.
On the lower floor, you will find the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The spacious living area enjoys lovely sea views, direct access to the pool terrace, and a fireplace. The French doors can be pushed inside the wall creating an impression of the exterior flowing smoothly into the interior. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has access to a wine cellar and an outdoor terrace benefiting from morning sun, ideal for enjoying al fresco breakfast, outdoor dining and barbecue.
