Outside, the villa features a sparkling infinity pool (20 metres), a serene chill out area and large outdoor dining area seating 20 people.The villas unique setting allows guests to make the most the peace and tranquility, the wonderful sea views and gardens which feature utopian sculptures.Guests can take advantage of the quad bikes and mountain bikes to explore the island, as well as the Petanque court and Yoga area for keeping fit.
LIVING AREAS
On entering the property there is a feature staircase - a masterpiece of modern architecture and a rare Steinway grand piano. The floor to ceiling glass doors connect the interior with the exterior, creating a light and spacious atmosphere. There is an elegantly furnished, open-plan, spacious, reception area with a fully equipped modern kitchen. A dining area for 20 guests and spectacular art work from many notable artists. The lounge area is full of calming artwork, bespoke designer furniture and leads on to the terrace and garden.
The property is alarmed for your added security; it is fully air conditioned and equipped with high speed WiFi and a Sonos Sound System throughout, including the garden.
