Located in the south in the hills close to Es Cubells, this property offers breath-taking views of the surrounding bays and Formentera beyond. This property is of impressive design consisting of the main house with 6 bedrooms, 2 further bedrooms accessed externally and 2 x 2 bedroom casitas, altogether sleeping 24 people.
The outdoor areas surrounding the swimming pool include an outdoor bar area, a fully equipped professional outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining area, several chill-out areas, tennis court and a fantastic children's play area.
In the main house there is a beautifully designed open-plan lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating which opens out onto the upper terrace, and a children's social / games area with football table, TV and games consoles. The fully equipped, bright, modern kitchen sits open-plan with the dining area and lounge boasting superb panoramic views. The house also benefits from a fully equipped gym. The separately accessed bedrooms each have their own private sitting areas, while the 2 casitas each have a shared sitting area.
