Rocamar is a newly renovated luxury south-facing waterfront villa located in the most desirable area of old Bendinat. Just a 2 minute stroll to Hotel Bendinat and only a 10 minute drive from Palma and jet-set harbour Puerto Portals. Rocamar is entirely built of Santanyi stone with windows of Burmese teak and terraces of Binissalem stone. The ample 797m² living space is spread over three floors and a guest/staff flat. An impressive sliding gate of ipe wood ensures complete seclusion and privacy and serves as the main entrance to the property. The villa is surrounded by green palm trees, yucca and white fragrant jasmine, and cypress hedges, all standing in a white gravel rockery. The front drive offers ample parking space for 3 cars.

On the ground floor natural light floods through panoramic teak windows, whilst mirrored walls ensure glimpses of the Mediterranean from every angle. An all-white open plan kitchen is divided from the 16-seat dining room by a long bar. Throughout the house white is contrasted with teak or cherry wood and modern or African art. The dining room leads into an expansive living room with two large seating areas, one of which doubles as a cinema room. Minimalist furniture paired with white surf boards and African decorations create a laid-back yet luxurious feeling of seaside living. The living room and dining room look onto the pool and covered terraces. In the shade of the covered terraces there is a long table capable of seating all home guests, sofas, armchairs and day beds. These terraces are a blessing on very hot days, as you can feel the sea breeze caressing your skin. The first luxurious en suite bedroom is also found on the ground floor.

The first floor hosts four individually designed bedrooms decorated in the same theme of white and cherrywood. The master suite enjoys his and hers bathrooms, breath-taking panoramic views of the Bay of Palma and floor-to-ceiling teak sliding doors which open out onto the extensive first floor covered terraces which flank the perimeter of the entire first floor. The waves of the Mediterranean sea will rock you to sleep in the super king size four poster bed, and enjoying sunrise breakfast on the the terrace outside the master bedroom is a treat hard to beat.

The second floor hosts the 6th en suite bedroom of the main house. This room leads onto an approximately 80m² raised roof terrace featuring the most amazing views, a jacuzzi, sun beds, shower, sofas and dining table, a kitchen, BBQ and a surround sound system. The terrace has lots of green plants and large remote controlled parasols with led light for the evenings. Here you can spend the days sunbathing and the evenings BBQing. You can host parties while enjoying the most wonderful views of the sun set over the bay.
