The villa accommodates up to six guests across three oceanfront bedrooms, each with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, the master suite opens onto a spacious private lounge terrace, perfectly positioned for sunset views over the water. Throughout the villa, air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure comfort, while glass walls in the main living area dissolve the boundary between interior and sea-facing deck.
The wraparound deck is the heart of the property. An infinity-edged pool overlooks the ocean, complemented by a sunbathing deck, outdoor dining area, gazebo, and gas BBQ. Indoors, a large lounge flows into the dining area, bar, and open-plan kitchen, while a separate media room provides additional space for relaxation. A poolside WC and outdoor shower add convenience to long days spent between the deck and the beach.
A private boardwalk grants direct access to both Darkwood Beach and Ffryes Beach, allowing guests to move seamlessly from villa to shoreline. Housekeeping service is provided every other day, and concierge assistance is available daily to ensure a smooth and personalized stay.
