The heart of the villa is its vast first-floor living level, where panoramic views unfold through open, light-filled spaces. A wraparound infinity-edged pool anchors the exterior, complemented by outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. The private garden and outdoor lounge extend toward a purpose-built gym, offering a unique combination of relaxation and wellness within your own grounds.
Inside, the spacious living area features a lounge, breakfast bar, separate dining table, and a fully fitted state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen, along with a dedicated laundry room. On the upper floor, the master suite and one guest bedroom, both en-suite, share a balcony lounge with sweeping 180-degree ocean views. A third en-suite guest bedroom on this level offers European twin beds.
The lower level, accessed via an internal stairway from the main living area, includes a fourth guest bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom, TV lounge, and private garden sun deck, creating a semi-private retreat within the villa.
Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are installed throughout. High-speed internet and Smart TV are available in every room. Maid service is provided on alternate days, and concierge service is available daily within a secure gated resort with 24-hour security.
