Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un espace ouvert réunissant cuisine, salon et salle à manger. Cet espace s’ouvre sur une grande terrasse enveloppante avec piscine à débordement face à l’océan, solarium, barbecue à gaz et coin repas extérieur. Depuis la terrasse, l’accès à la plage est direct.
Au deuxième étage se trouvent deux chambres avec salle de bains privative, dont l’une dispose d’un balcon privé face à l’océan. Le troisième étage est entièrement dédié à la suite principale, ouverte sur l’escalier et sans entrée fermée.
Beachcomber peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes dans trois chambres, deux avec lit king-size et une avec lits jumeaux. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bains privative. La maison dispose également d’un WC séparé et d’une douche extérieure. Elle est entièrement climatisée et équipée de ventilateurs de plafond, d’un internet gratuit, de la télévision par câble et d’une Smart TV.
